These pumpkins that appear in Scooby-Doo and Witch's Ghost. were brought to life by Sarah Ravencroft to retrieve her spell book. They grab Daphne and tries to save her. While most of them get destroyed, the remaining ones are turned back to normal after Sarah's defeat.
