Pugbats (Foul Pig) are flying small creatures that appeared in the World of Kong book.
Overview[]
Despite being evolved from cynodonts, Pugbats ended up having bat like traits including their wings, their dangerous bites and having bat like faces. They could be found in the fallen trees in the grasslands and jungles of Skull Island. They appear to be nocturnals due to the fact that they hunt at night, they would bite an unfortunate victim with their infectious bite with bacteria which would kill it in minutes. Males were said to be bigger than females with their wing tip differences. Along with winged and swimming life forms, it is unknown if they survive the destruction of their island in 1948.
