A Huntha Lami Muuaji is a type of Wesen that resembles a flatworm-like humanoid and secretes a corrosive fluid from its skin. However, they're more notable for being the only known Wesen species to alternate between two distinct human forms: one male and one female.
Mentally, the male and female personas each have a separate identity, giving the Huntha Lami Muuaji a naturally split personality, with the two personas going as far as to talk to each other, hold heated arguments, and think of the other as a mate or lover.
According to the diaries of a Grimm, members of this species have been present in both Africa and Asia since the Cenozoic era, and it's speculated that they might have evolved from parasitic Wesen.
