The Giant Brine Shrimp is a deadly amphibious predator created from a regular brine shrimp that was exposed to Mixmaster. Somehow the compound awakened prehistoric genes in the brine shrimp's cells, mutating it into a form resembling the extinct Artemia jurassica.
Biology[]
The Giant Brine Shrimp is over 6 ft in length (~ 1.82 m) and is capable of breathing both in and out of water. Nothing is known about it, except that it's been observed to ambush and attack land creatures, such as humans. It has a thick exoskeleton, sharp tooth-like mouthparts, and a pair of eyestalks. It is vulnerable to cold temperatures and can be incapacitated by ice.
