Derek is an evil demon with sharp teeth and goat legs who delights in getting people to perform evil acts. He is also capable of turning to a red mist and possessing people. He claims that it's no fun to perform evil acts on his own - the good part is getting other people to do it. His favorite food is entrails.
History[]
Derek was accidentally summoned by Johnny Bravo when Johnny performed an incantation from a book titled Evil Secrets of the Nether Regions, which he somehow mistook for a workout book. When Derek showed up, Johnny believed him to be some kind of personal trainer and followed his instructions, which Derek used to attempt to get Johnny to perform acts of evil (such as stepping on the grass next to a "keep off the grass" sign, or using the local market's "10 items or less line" with eleven items). However, all of Johnny's acts ended up causing more good than harm - for instance, releasing the mutant rabbit, which warned the local scientists to the danger posed by illegally buried toxic waste.
When Derek gets frustrated, he decides to possess Johnny's body instead. Pops notices that Johnny is acting weird and correctly deduces that he's been possessed by an evil entity. With Carl's help he manages to prevent Johnny from sabotaging the city's water reservoir by offering him nachos, which is enough for Johnny to reject Derek's influence and expel the demon from his body. Derek laments that although he could easily ruin the water on his own (and demonstrates by doing it), the fun part would have been to force Johnny to do it. Frustrated, he teleports away in shame.
